What Causes Spots That Enlarge On The Top Right Side Of The Head?
My daughter is almost 3 n since she was like 1 in a half she s had little brown spots on the top of her head on the right side there a bunch of little brownspots that are in a circle on one side of her head but some are not as small I notice it s been gettin bigger and more of them n now I just noticed it s ok the other side starting to form idk what it is

It could be due to conditions like melasma. As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
