What Causes Spots Under The Armpit?

2 days ago some strange spots apeared under both armpits. They look mainly like one big spot filled (like cicle folded under my armpit - contact surface) with smaller round spots (size 1-1.5 cm). First day they were red, second day changed to light brown (I m fair skin, never tanned) - I ve used some anti-fungal cream. o pain, no ich, no new medications, entire body clean. What it may be?

Hi Dear ,

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons allergy due to some fragrance used for under arms ,detergent used for cloths ,infection or insect bite .

I would suggest you to keep this area clea by washing it with mild soap and dry with towel twice a day ,wear loose cloths to prevent irritation , stop using any body cream or fragrance, apply calamine lotion and give hot compresses to affected area .

If condition still persist then consult dermatologist for proper examination and to rule out other causes related to underlying disease.
