What Causes Spots With Yellow Colored Center On Various Parts Of Body?

I have some spots, single spots which have appeared at various points of my body) back, front, arm, both hands, face, leg. The spits appear to have a hard centre and some yellow inside. Some appeared before I went on holiday, some appeared while I was abroad in Lanzarote last week and others are appearing now I m home in Scotland. They appear at the rate of roughly one a day and I am becoming concerned.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi

You seem to have developed multiple lesions of folliculitis.
The yellow centre could be suggestive of pus collection .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
