What Causes Spotting 2 Weeks After Miscarriage?

Had a miscarriage and started spotting like a week or two afterwards and its been like this for two months. It stops for maybe day or two but then continues. I had unprotected sex after my miscarriage before the bleeding started. Could I still be pregnant?
