What Causes Spotting, Abdominal Area Pain With Burning Sensation After Fibroids Surgery?

I had my hydrosalphinx tubes cauterrised and a 4 cm fibroids removed 2 years back to proceed for ivf.Ever since after my surgery,I had pain and buring sensation on both my extrenme left and right.After the pain subsided in 2 months after surgery ,I am spotting almost everyday. I am finding no solution to my prob.Hysteroscopy has been done.Nothing found.Please help me.
