What Causes Spotting, Abdominal Pain And Sore Breast After Taking Postinor 2?

Hi, I had intercourse with my partner on the 25th of February and took the two pills of p2 on the same day,about a week later I started having brownish spotting, bloating, abdominal pain and breasts tenderness and it s so full it scares me. I did home PT thrice and it s negative, my period is due on 13th of March, could I be pregnant

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the pregnancy, but let me inform you that if this is the amenorrhea then better to get done the ultrasonography test because no method of contraceptive is hundred per cent promising or protective hope this information helps.
