What Causes Spotting After Delivery Post Miscarriage?
I had a miscarriage end of May, passed everything early June! Hgc levels were followed until they reached 75 and then I wasn t checked anymore. I have had 2 periods since the miscarriage and roughly a 28 day cycle. However I am spotting brown discharge sometimes red tinged after sex. what is going on? I want to start trying to conceive again.

Since your regular periods have started after miscarriage, you can again conceive around the time of ovulation.
