What Causes Spotting After Discontinuing Depro?

Hello, Ive been on depro for over 12 years. I would spot sometimes when i was stressed out. At the age of 30, i have now decided to get off of it, so one day i can have a child. Now 3 months being off. I started spotting. Does this count as a period. When do i know when my body is ready to have a child.
