What Causes Spotting After Finishing A Menstrual Period?

hello, normally i get my period around the fifth of every month. Of this month it came on the first , i didn t think much about it. it lasted for about 4 days , today i went to go use the bathroom and when i went to wipe i saw a light pink spot of blood what does this mean ?
