What Causes Spotting After Having Unwanted 72 Pill?

we had unsafe sex and my wife consumed unwanted72 within 72 hrs after sex. but after 2-3 days she observed spotting. today is7-8th day but little spotting is there and theres . ppain in abdomen too. plz tell when this will stop? I am very tensed.

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
Some times it happens after taking unwanted72 that your period becomes irregular.
Spotting is also not abnormal.
But pain , persisting for 3-4 days may be incomplete abortion.
Get an ultra sound done.
If it is incomplete abortion you may have to see a doctor.
