What Causes Spotting After Sex And Frequent Need To Urinate?

hi doc.i am twenty years old.jamaican. i had a miscarriage 2 months ago (may) and i did a d&c.june i saw my period on the 16th and it lasted for 3-5 days.i start having sex a weeks before i expect it to start and it didnt come.i used condom.now i had sex on the 19 of this month unprotected for a week straight.last monday morning i saw light pink bleeding when i wipe so i went and buy a minigynon pill and start taking it in the night.the bleeding lasted for about 3 days.not enough to fill my pad.it subside on thursday and i had sex again.the bleeding starts again on friday and it stops saturday night.yesterday when i wipe it was normal.this morning when i woke up i am having dark brow discharge when i wipe.plus am urinating often since the last week.sometimes i feel the urine and when i sit on the toilet it take a minute before i come.could this be early pregnancy? i want to know
