What Causes Spotting After Sexual Intercourse?

hi I got married since June 2nd 2014 what I notice after marriage and especially after intercourse exactly after the date of ovulation in about 2 days I start seeing a little amount of blood and lasts about 4 days then it becomes to brown color till the next period starts.my question is what happening with me normal? my pop smear and ultrasound results are normal. I have contacted a doctor he told me to take duphaston for months. your feedback is highly appreciated.

You get spotting after intercourse. Common cause for spotting after intercourse is hormonal imbalance.
You are getting brown discharge, which indicates old blood. It is due to shedding of uterine wall due to hormonal imbalance leads to unsupported uterine wall. It occurs commonly at the period around ovulation.
You may get relief from duphastone.
