What Causes Spotting After Taking I-pill?

Dear Doctor, I am 18. I have a boyfriend. Yesterday, at about 1:00 pm, while making intercourse, inspite of using condom his sperm entered my vagina. After that within 15 min I took a contraceptive pill of i-pill Yesterday was the seventh day of my m.c. So there was no any blood flow;but after taking tha contracaptive there was slighly 2-3 ml blood flow at about 6:00 pm. Is that the result of pill? Is one pill sufficient? Is that pill 100% sure? What care should I take now onwards?

inthis case there is every chance of conception. in any case pregnancy test has tobe done. although there is less chance of pregnancy the test has tobe done. it may be withdrawal bleeding but repeat the pregnancy test if it is negative.
