Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your menstrual irregularities are most probably due to some underlying condition (e.g. polycystic ovarian syndrome). I understand how it must be difficult for you to visit a doctor, but it is important to get diagnosed and help regularize your periods.

Medications like metformin will help regularize your periods, and if at all you wish to conceive some time in the future, then the initiation of another medication will also be necessary. But if at all you cannot visit a doctor at all, then please try the following:

+Weight loss
+Regular exercise
+Drink plenty of water
+Dietary and lifestyle modifications

This is all that can help for the time being. Hope you can gain access to a doctor, or write to me using our premium service and I shall try to provide as much information as possible to you, but I will require a two-way discussion for that.

Best wishes.
