What Causes Spotting And Abdominal Cramps While Taking Duphaston For Regularizing Periods?

i've been taking duphaston to regularize my periods. i still have 5 days to go before i finish my current dose and i started dark brown spotting. maybe about 5 drops together. on the 3rd day after the first spotting, i'm getting cramps...can anyone help?

Hi

After stopping the drug,you may have to wait for 7 to 10 days for the periods to resume.Your body needs to adjust to the new hormone levels caused by the drug.

If the bleeding does not occur in 2 weeks,it is essential to get clinically examined by your gynaecologist and decide whether to continue the drug.
