What Causes Spotting And Bleeding After Genital Manipulation?

i had a full hysterectomy 2 yrs ago. i am a lesbian and have a new partner. i recently noticed alittle bloody spotting after sex..she only penetrates me with her fingers..i have no pain or burning..just worried something may be wrong...is this normal?
