What Causes Spotting And Menstrual Cramps But Not Bleeding?

Since Friday, September 3rd I have had very light bleeding (just spotting in my underwear and when I wipe). I have also been having what feels like menstrual cramping, but I do not have my period. The first day of my last period was July 26, 2010. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I am usually regular. I also had a LEEP done on July 21st, but was told as of August 6th that I am fine to continue with normal activities.
