What Causes Spotting And Stomach Cramps With No Regular Menstrual Period?

ive skipped my period last month and still got menstrual cramps,tummy cramps,lightheaded,naushes i had some light brown spots for 2days but nothing no period,any advise? we have cervics cancer in te family so isues like this cant be ignored its almost the middle of april and still nothing
