What Causes Spotting Brown Discharge Between Periods?

I lost my virginity last week and three days after that I noticed there was brown discharge. I just assumed I was getting my period since that always happens before I get it. But it wasn t my period and ever since then I ve been getting more brown discharge and some blood as well. What does this mean?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. When consummation occurs, the hymen is ruptured and this can cause spotting/bleeding most often. Brown discharge is due to altered color with stagnated blood. As your discharge is increasing, please consult a specialist to rule out any tears that might have been bleeding. Simultaneously, other local causes for the spotting also can be excluded. Do not use any tampons, use sanitary napkins instead. Abstain from further intercourse until you are healed well.
