What Causes Spotting, Cramps, Nausea And Fatigue When On Depo Shots?

Hi I m been on depo for 6 months. I had unprotected sex about a week after my second shot and a few weeks later began having pregnacy symptoms. During the first shot I had only spotting but this time I had spotting, cramps, nausea and fatigue, I recently stopped depo and still having these symptoms. Could I be pregnant?

Nothing to worry about, You should eventually get back to normal.

Take multi vitamin and calcium supplements
