What Causes Spotting During And After Sex While On Microgynon?

Hi I am on microgynon and I have an overactive tyroid, however the past couple of times I have had sex I have spotted during or straight after, what does this mean? It doesnt happen all the time just sometimes and near the end or beginning of my packet
