hi dr,i did my laproscopy operation on jan 7th 2015 i.e tubal ligation,from then onwards my periods are not normal.my dr gave me a tablet then on feb had period later months i had spots coming before 15 days of my periods,i.e on feb 10 th i had period then on 27th feb i have spots,is it normal?iam still breastfeeding my 2nd child she is 8 months.and last month i had with contact my husband nw i have spots and missed my periods i guess.plz help me

it is hormonal imbalance. it can be regularized by taking oral contraceptive for two months. after stopping tablet it will cause withdrawal bleeding.
