What Causes Spotting During Periods Followed By Cramps?

Last month I didnt get my period I only had light pink spotting for two days. I have taken 3 test and they all came out negative. Since last night I have been have cramps and light pink bleeding what could this be? I m a little worried because I had a miscarriage 3years ago
