What Causes Spotting During The Menstrual Cycle After Removal Of The IUD?

Hello I recently removed my IUD and was put back on the pill. I was having a normal period on time every month. This month I spotted for one day in the middle of the month and then I spotted for one day when it was time for my menstrual cycle to begin. Should I be concerned about being pregnant?
