What Causes Spotting Instead Of A Period After Dilation And Curettage?

i wanted to know what does it mean i was suppose to have my period on october 23 but instead when i wipe it was a light pink only that day no period i had my period last month on september 25 but i had a d&c on august though??? dont no whats going on?
