What Causes Spotting, Mood Swings And Dizziness?

I haven t had my period in 4 months and im a virgin and yesterday i had blood for only an hour and now im leaking brown stuff like alot of it when i use the bathroom i mean i have all the period signs such as mood swings cramps and dizziness and change in appetitte what is going on.

If i would be your treating doctor i would suggest you for Ultrasound and Some hormonal tests to rule out the cause.

You need to take treatment to regular your cycle.
consult to gynecologist as this investigations are not performed without refferance.
