What Causes Spotting Post Intercourse And Back Pain Despite Being On Implant?

I have the implant in lost a lot of weight now since I have sex I spot bleed about a week after intercourse for a few days I am also bloated with bad lower back ache. This has been the case for 5 weeks I don t have any stomach pain except the odd cramp for a few seconds.

Please get an internal evaluation done, a Pap smear and pelvic ultrasound scan.
You might be having a cervical lesion which is bleeding post coitus.
