From what I think I understand- you have been prescribed a progesterone-only pill (POP) after discontinuing the Implanon. Progesterone-only pills can frequently cause irregular bleeding in the first few months of use, so having some spotting occasionally is not unusual.
The most common sign of pregnancy is missing your period, so there is no reason to suspect that your bleeding is cause by pregnancy.
However, bleeding after intercourse can be a symptom of other problems with your cervix if there is no other reasonable explanation. If you have had a PAP smear (cervical screening test) within the last three years it is doubtful that your cervix could be causeing the bleeding, but if you continue to bleed after sex (and not any other time) for more than a month or so it would be reasonable to see a GYN physician to make sure you do not have a problem with your cervix.
I hope I was able to adequately answer your question today and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr. Brown
