What Causes Spotting Post Intercourse?

Iv gad sex 4 d second time and after having i saw tat der was drop of bloid faling nt everytime but after little brks i had sex on 10dec and i had gt my periods on 2 dec so wts d issue of tat drops of blood may i knw is it risky or wts d problem really tensed im 19yrs old

1. bleeding after sex [post coital bleeding] can be a sign of underlying health condition such as vaginal dryness, sexually transmitted disease [STIs], pelvic Inflammatory disease [PID] and should not be taken lightly and immediately seek advice from a general practitioner [GP] or a sexual health clinic. [gynecologist or genitourinary specialist]

2. going by the age [19 years] and symptoms , he/she may order:
. pregnancy test.
. pelvic examination
. cervical screening test. [cervical cancer is the most important cause of post coital bleeding]

3. presently, with postcoital bleeding as your main feature you will require a full history and physical examination to help in developing a differential diagnosis to guide evaluation and treatment.
