Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Spotting during intercourse could be suggestive of Bacterial Vaginosis ( infectious diseases) which can be cured with medication. I would like to recommend a pap test to rule out Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN) caused by HPV infection which, if left untreated can progress to cervical cancer later on. Don't Worry. You just need to visit a consultant and get some basic test done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
