What Causes Spotting Post Menstrual Cycle?

I started my period on August 8. It normally last for 5 days. By Sunday August 10 it was completely gone. Now 7 days later light pink spotting. Having sharp tailbone pains, back pains and body feels different. Clothes appears to be getting tighter and feel nauseous. What could this be?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular spotting after periods can be due to ovulation or implantation bleeding.
I wiwill suggest you to wait for the periods, ucif ddelayed, then you should get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
If negative, then the other causes of irregular spotting like hormonal disturbances and local lesions in the cervix or vagina should be ruled out by proper examination and investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
