What Causes Spotting, Pressure In Stomach And White Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, last month i didn t get my period, but a week before i was supposed to have it, i was spotting. This month, whenever there is small anounts of pressure on my stomach it isnt comfortable. Also, i ve had white milky discharge and just now there was a clear and thick discharge, is this a sign of pregnancy?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Yes it might be symptoms of pregnancy,
But it should be confirmed by Blood HCG/USG.
Spotting may be due to implantation bleeding.
Vaginal discharge may be due to cervical softening due to hormone progesterone.

Other causes may be:
Pre menstrual symptoms
Hormonal imbalance
Vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis, yeast infection, chlamydia, gonorrhea.

For exact diagnosis:
Consult the gynecologist and do following test:
Full hormonal profile: FSH, LH, E2,P, HCG
Pelvic examination
USG
After diagnosis you should take proper treatment.
Meanwhile
Take healthy diet with vitamin and iron supplements
Drink plenty of fluids
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Tablet meftal spas if pain
