What Causes Spotting Upon Progesterone Suppositories Withdrawal?

Hi! I am 11 weeks pregnant after going through a year of fertility treatment (which makes me hypsersensitive:)) and I just stopped taking progesterone suppositories and started spotting a bit. It s been going on for three days. Should I be concerned?
