What Causes Spotting While On Implanon With Dizziness And Vomiting?

Hi ive been on the implanon for almost a year now. I had light brown ddischarge 2 weeks ago so today I spotted pinkish red that looks like snout than now its red am I pregnant but on the implanon? Ive been feeling dizzy, headaces, vomit coming but wont come out, tired

hi healthcare magic user, please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to rule out pregnancy first though rate of failure of implanone is less than 1%.
while you are on implanone you may have spotting, called as breakthrough bleeding, nausea, heaviness in breast is one of the side effect of implanone.
