What Causes Spotting While Periods, Lower Back Pain And Cramps?

I'm not sure when I am suppose to get my period. between April 17th - 19th barely anything and then on 20th I was heavy and bleeding the rest of the week. I wiped yesterday and a spot in the am and haven't seen anything since and I have lower back pain and very mild cramp
