What Causes Spotting While Urinating And Clitoral Discomfort?

Hi, I just woke up in the middle of the night with a sharp clitoral discomfort, like I had to pee very badly, when I went, the discomfort continued, and it is now ten minutes later and i hasn t stopped or lessened. It s not wavering, just a long continuous pain. It still hurts like I have to pee very badly, and when I went, there was some spotting. Could this be a UTI? I m also a little nauseous.
