What Causes Spotting With No Regular Menstrual Period?

i haven't had my period in two months i didnt have any feeling of a period starting and when i went to the restroom monday night i had what looked like some pink spotting but then tuesday morning it ended but then this morning it did it again but only lasted 15 min does that mean im pregnant?
