What Causes Spotting,breast Tenderness And Headache After Being On Depo Shot?

Hi Dr i just had a baby five months ago and i got sexually active before being on the depo shot. when i started using the shot i had non stop bleeding in December and November, Jan,I bled for 3 days and in Feb i spotted twice,Mar i spotted once. i am suspecting that i am pregnant my breast are so tender,i get dizzy,cramps,headaches,fetigue and i crave for salty things, i went to a Gp for an ultrasound and he said he can t see anything. what is happening

I really appreciate your concern
I feeding mother chances of conception is very less likely
In post partum period hormone secretion changes to far extent and this works physiologically on its own way and this must not be disturb with any extra hormone therapy because this cause many symptoms right from vaginal bleeding to mental disturbances, now just wait for some time, everything would be fine, soon, take care and have a nice day.
