Hello dear user!
Thank you for your question!

Do you have any pictures of the bumps? Red bumps on face or skin are due to a great number of skin diseases and conditions. They my be due to an allergic condition, due to an infectious disease, due to autoimmune disorders etc. Each of these is treated with different medications.

I recommend you to have an appointment with a dermatologist for examining them and take the right medication. Don't try to use creams or other drugs since we don't know the real condition. Any antihistamine drug like diphenhydramine would help to take itching under control.

Wish you a good health!
Best regards!
DR ERIOL.
