What Causes Spreading Rashes From Armpit, Arms And Thighs With Vomiting?

Hi, my niece has been complaining about a rash that has spread from her armpits to her arms, to her inner thighs and she has seen a doctor but the pills they ve given her aren t working and she said she only feels sick to her stomach and start vomiting. I m not sure what kind of rash this is or what is happening, but can you maybe tell what is happening with her?

I have gone through your query. The rash of your niece can be due to fungal infection. A consultation with a dermatologist is well appreciated. If you send a picture of the rash then it will be more helpful in identifying. If it is fungal cause and you were my patient i would treat with ketoconazole lotion for local application. If there is no improvement then i will advice fluconazole oral tablets weekly. The vomiting and nausea can be due to gastritis. Proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole for short term will be helpful in this.
