What Causes Squeezing And Tingling Sensation In The Feet?

My feet feel like I have rubber bands around them. This starts at the base of the toes and goes about 1/2 way down the foot. The toes are not numb or tingly, just the foot portion. There is no particular time of day or night when this happens but it is more noticeable at night of course. There is no pain, but there is a squeezing sensation and some tingling.

Take calcium pantothenate tab tds, Evion 400 od and Neurokind forte bd. Get your blood sugar and vitamin B12 and calcium and TSH levels checked and revert.
