What Causes Squeezing Chest Pain With Helicobacter Pylori Infection?
my mother is of age 47. she has been suffering from a squeezing chest pain radiating to the left axilla since 2 weeks. she has helicobacter pylori infection from 1 yr. we went to a cardiologist and he had done 2D echo test and said everything was normal, pain should either be due to gas or muscle pain. she also complains of pain immediately after swallowing water, and says something is obstructing it. we also went to a gastroenterologist and he suggested endoscopy, the result of which was normal. what could be the problem? she is currently on medication.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your mother, this may be esophagitis and the reason for this may be hyperacidity reflux disease in most of such cases "GERD" is very common, and here your mother already have a history of H.Pylori infection in my opinion this can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in a day at evening time, for six weeks, hope this information helps.
