What Causes Squeezing Feeling In Lower Back Of Lungs When Coughing?

I have had a cough for 2 weeks now. Low grade fever and just feel weak. I completed a zpack yesterday and my lungs sound clear. However everyte I cough I have a squeezing feeling in the lower back part of my lungs, being New Years and dr office is closed should I be concerned enough for a ER visit

Any cough lasting for more than 2 weeks should not be ignored. On top of that you also have fever. Hence I suggest you consult your PCP for a complete check up.
