What Causes Squeezing Pain In Chest?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have been having a squeezing pain in my chest every few minutes and it has been going on fo a couple of weeks. it is not excruciating or anything like that but it is like a lighthouse light becon crossing the sky only it is a squeeze like crossing the middle of my chest. doesn't seem to have anything to do with my breathing, totally randomish like you were to take a ketchup packages and apply pressure accross the thing with the touch of say rubbing ones eye gently but certainly enough to notice its saying hello HELLO the something is wrong what the hell is this. I feel fine otherwise. PLEASE advise. I realize I am asking you to speculate and don't hold you responsible. Lisa

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should definitely rule out thanks for for your sudden onset chest problem.
So consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes muscular spasm can also give rise to similar symptoms.
So take calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Taken painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside for relief.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
