What Causes Squeezing Sensation In Arm And Pain On Movement?

i am 18 and my arm feels like someone is squeezing it really hard. it hurts most when i move it and when it is straight. the pain goes away after about 1-2 days but comes back as soon as 3-4 weeks to up to months.. whats wrong with my arm? it feels like a bood pressure cuff is on it and it has a deep pain in the bend
