What Causes Squishy Lump On The Temple Post Removal Of Meningioma Tumor?

I recently had surgery to remove a benign meningioma tumor from the left side of my head above my eye. Surgery went well and I was released 3 days after w/follow-up within 2 weeks. I had noticed an egg sized squishy pillow at my left temple. He explained that it was a spinal leak and would go away in a short time. It is now 4 weeks after surgery and the pillow is still there, sometimes it seems to have disappeared, but comes back and today is larger than before. Should I be concerned?
