What Causes Stabbing Chest Pains?

hi i'm 17 and last week i was getting pain in my chest which was a stabbing pain coming from the back to the front. That went away and then i got a srange feeling in my left arm so i went to A&E and they checked my heart and did blood tests. They said my heart looked fine and that i had an infection , so they gave me antibiotics and i just finished them yesterday. I'm still getting pain in my chest on the left and i'm also feeling light headed. I'm just wondering if i have a heart condition that they didn't detect at tne hospital.

HI
Well come to HCM
Apart from the infection it is more seems muscular pain because you do not have any associated symptoms such muscular pain of unknown origin is very common in this age group and this can be managed with simple analgesic medicine like Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, hope this helps.
