What Causes Stabbing Feeling Between Elbow And Shoulder?

Hello, I work at ups loading package cars. About a week ago, I was so sore in my arms. Most of it went away except for anytime I hold, push or pull anything there s a stabbing feeling between my elbow and shoulder. Feels like the middle of that bone. Even hurts when I use it to steer my car.Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to muscular spasm, and this is mostly happening due to improper movement so take care for this, I would suggest the following medicines for this, but along with this you need to have some rest,
1) Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day
