What Causes Stabbing Pain In Chest?

-Constant dull upper back pain -Labored breathing when lying on back for too long -very occasional sharp stabbing pain around lung areas -Feels like a lump in my throat that narrows my breathing occasionally have issues swallowing? Under the impression that it is lung cancer that has spread into my esophagus. I am a 17 year old male that doesn't smoke.

I can understand your concern.
First of all don't think about lung cancer and esophageal spread because at your age without smoking habit, lung cancer is extremely unlikely.
So don't worry about lung cancer.
Labored breathing and chest pain in young individual is mostly due to asthma.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung cancer.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of asthma.
Don't worry, you will be alright with inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
