What Causes Stabbing Pain In Lower Right Abdomen During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant 6 week, before this pregnancy I have had 4 miscarriages and know after about 4 years later I got pregnant as I mentioned before am know 6 weeks pregnant, and am really scared of having another miscarriage. After I eat I feel bloated and sometime I feel stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen, is it normal I am really scared.

Hi..If I would be your doctor then I would prefer to do ultrasound to rule out,
1.right sided ectopic pregnancy
2. Missed abortion
3. Acute appendicitis.
After confirming diagnosis would have treated accordingly.
